Modern project management views the vision as the overall picture of a product and has the task of realising the vision and bringing it to market by focusing on three Ps: process, product and people. The challenge here is to harmonise the three components so that the forces have an additive effect.

Tools help - but the overall picture is crucial

The switch to working from home in many areas of IT has resulted in new or improved collaboration tools, without which NewWork collaboration would not be possible. However, traditional project management tools are still necessary in order to actively track project progress and recognise risks. All of this is reinforced by the mindset of the people working on the project, be they stakeholders, project managers or software developers.
